We are Leisure Electronics Limited. We operate the leisure-electronics.co.uk and wexel.co.uk websites. What personal data we collect?

Website Visitors

If you visit our websites, we will process details of your usage of our website and any communications with us. This is for our legitimate interest relating to website performance and security. This data will be retained for up to 1 year from the visit.

Leisure Electronic Customers

If you become a member of Leisure Electronics, we will collect information about you whenever you use our services. Some of it is provided directly when you register for an account with us, deposit funds or play one of our games. Other information will be collected as you interact with us, such as requesting to join our mailing lists, taking part in market research or customer satisfaction surveys or dealing with our customer services team. We also collect information about the way you interact with us through our social media channels or chat functionality.

If your account is closed, personal data will be retained for up to 6 years after your account is closed, to deal with any customer queries, in case you wish to reactive your account and in accordance with the statute of limitation.

Identity and verification information – this may include documents such as passport, driving licence, utility bills etc. We may also ask for additional information to support your affordability to continue gambling with us.

Marketing

Please be aware of criminals who impersonate Leisure Electronics and send fake communications. Visitors to Venues and Offices

There are closed circuit television cameras (CCTV) and other cameras at our premises to prevent and detect crime, to protect the health and safety of customers and colleagues, to manage and protect the Company’s property and the property of customer’s etc. Additional signage is displayed at locations where CCTV is in operation. Footage will be retained for up to 28 days, unless it is required to be stored for longer as evidence of a crime or complaint. A record of your visits will be retained for up to 6 years, in accordance with the statute of limitation.

Job Applicants

If you apply for a job with us, we will collect, store and use the following categories of personal information about you:

  • The information you have provided to us in your curriculum vitae
  • The information you have provided us on our application form
  • Any information you provide us during interview
  • Any other information that you provide as part of the application process such as test results etc.
  • Information relating to your identity and right to work in accordance with our internal policy
  • Information in social media accounts which are publicly accessible

If your application is not successful, we will retain your details for up to 6 months, unless other roles are of interest in which case details will be retained for longer.

Employees

If you are successful in gaining employment with us, we will process your personal data in accordance with the internal Employee Privacy Notice.

How long do we keep your information?

We typically retain data for seven years from when our relationship ends to satisfy our regulatory and legal obligations, including anti-money laundering regulations. If we hold information relating to problem gambling matters or any suspension or termination of your account, we may hold this for longer period, as we deem reasonably necessary.
