5 Fair and Safe Play

In the interest of fairness if we decide to waive the outcome of a rule to your benefit, it will not affect any future rulings regarding you or your account

By creating an account you agree to our terms and conditions and you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by our server and will be used to determine any rulings regarding malfunctions

A “Malfunction” is defined as either a technical error or a financial error. A technical error is caused by a problem in the software or hardware used by us to provide the service. A financial error is where either a pricing or prize calculation leads to incorrect values being displayed and used.

Where a malfunction occurs we will remedy the problem as soon as is practicable and treat you and other users in a reasonable manner which may include refunding your stake.

In the case of an Error during a game all deposits will be refunded and the game will be considered null and void. However if the malfunction occurred after a game has ended, then any winnings paid whilst the malfunction is investigated should be treated as pending. Any such monies will be deemed to be held in trust by you and repaid to us if our investigations deem there was a malfunction. In this event we may automatically reclaim those funds from your balance.

If the customer loses connection to the game they are encouraged to reconnect as soon as possible. The game will continue as normal with any winnings being deposited into their account.

To help customers who wish to restrict, or even stop, playing we offer a self-exclusion facility where your account will be suspended for a period of between 6 months and 5 years. This arrangement can be made permanent, so that we will never re-open your account or allow your payment method to be used for any reason. Any balance left in your wallet after self-exclusion will be refunded in line with our terms and conditions

We also offer a restriction for shorter periods of time where your account will be suspended for a period of between 24 hours and 5 months.

As well as self-exclusion we also include the option to limit the amount you stake for each game. The limit ranges can be applied to bingo and/or casino and you will be subject to a 24 hour cooling off period should you decide to remove or increase the stake limit. Lower limits are applied immediately.
