Leisure Electronics Ltd Gaming Terms and Conditions.

Please read these General Terms carefully before you register an Account with us and before you start playing any Games. You need to agree to these General Terms before using our services. If you do not agree with these General Terms, please do not use our Services. By continuing to use our Services, you agree that we can infer that you continue to agree to our Terms of Use.

These General Terms are current as at 31/08/2022, and they replace any previous version you may have been given

1 Introduction

1.1 Definitions:

“Account” – A customer’s account accessed and operated via Leisure Electronics.

“User/Player/Customer” – A user of our software and/or products

“Prize/Winnings” – The prizes generated from our games

“Website” – www.bingo-plus.com

1.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to update and amend this document as necessary, however any and all significant changes will be notified to you via an appropriate method of communication. You will be entitled to close your Account and end the Contract between us if you do not agree with any changes we need to make to the Services or these General Terms.

1.3 Other terms

The following terms also apply when you are using our Services:

1.3.1 Privacy Policy. This tells you how we use your data and what your rights are.

1.3.2 Cookies Policy. This contains information on the cookies we use and how you can manage these.

1.3.3 Individual Games rules. They are on the “Game Rules” tab on each Game page.

1.3.4 Specific event, competition or promotion rules (together “Promotion Terms”). They will be made available to you before you participate in the relevant event, competition or promotion, and contain additional important information that you will need to agree to before participating in the relevant event, competition or promotion

2 Account Details

2.1 Opening an Account

You, as customers, have the right to create an account with Leisure Electronics. This will allow you to play the various games we provide as well as keep track of your deposits and winnings. There is a limit of one account per customer and wilfully going against the T&Cs may result in the termination of your account.

The games provided by Leisure Electronics are only available to customers residing in England, Scotland and Wales.

2.2 Age Verification

We will ask for verification of age if we believe the customer is illegally opening an account with us. As per the UK’s Gambling Commission’s licensing conditions only customers aged 18 or over may create and/or use an account. In such instances we may supply your personal information (such as name, address and date of birth) to an authorised credit agency to confirm.

Any information which you give us may be disclosed to a credit reference agency, who may keep a record of that information. The credit reference agency may disclose that information, and the fact that a search was made, to its other customers for the purposes of assessing the risk of giving credit and occasionally to prevent fraud, money laundering and to trace debtors.

2.3 Additional Verification

2.3.1

In certain instances, we may ask for additional verification in the form of physical evidence which will be requested via an appropriate method of communication. To verify your age we accept the following forms of identification:

Valid Full Drivers License

Valid Provisional Drivers License

Bank Statement

Utility Bill

Government Letter

2.3.2

In instances where we allow letters to be sent, the document must have been issued within the last 3 months

2.3.3

By law we may be required to perform additional verification checks to comply with the UK Proceeds of Crime Act or any other required rules and regulations.

2.3.4

In certain circumstances it may be necessary to request further documentation as proof of a customer’s source of funds to support the level of spend on games. This will typically involve a recent bank statement showing earnings or a level of disposable income.

2.4 Personal Details

2.4.1

It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details including your username and password are not revealed to anyone.

2.4.2

Should you forget your password head to our login page and reset your password there.

2.5 Card Details

To deposit into your account a valid DebitCard is required. Once the card has been successfully registered and validated, deposits can be made by entering the amount you wish to deposit. Any and all winnings will be paid out to the same payment method on your account. To change payment details you can register a new payment method when you are making a deposit and your wallet has less than £2.

2.6 Player Responsibility

Customers are liable for their account and all transactions that take place; Leisure Electronics does not take responsibility for any loss you suffer as a result of breach of account where the breach is not due to Leisure Electronics negligence. Users are liable for ensuring their personal details are up to date including bank details. Leisure Electronics are not liable for any transactions being denied as result of incorrect or expired bank details where you have not provided us with the correct information

2.7 Security of Communications

Any data transmitted between your device and our services (including payment providers and identity verifications services) will be via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection to ensure data is kept private.

2.8 Protection of Funds

Customers funds are kept in a separate ring-fenced account to ensure assets in the customer accounts are distributed to customers in the event of insolvency.

This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: medium protection.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

3.1.1

Deposits are taken using either MasterCard or VISA debit cards. The transaction will appear as “Leisure Electronics”.

3.1.2

A valid payment method must be used for all deposits. Failure to do so will result in the payment being declined and credit will not be given.

3.1.3

We offer a limited number of 4 payment methods on each account which we will review and may increase or decrease

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.2.1

For new users there is a standard limit of £250 for the first 24 hours which will be applied as a weekly deposit limit. After the 24 hours have ended the limit may be increased by contacting customer services.

3.2.2

For all users who have been registered for longer than 24 hours there is a weekly net deposit limit of £250 and a monthly net deposit limit of £500. Once either of these limits have been reached no further deposits can be placed within those time frames without contacting customer services.

3.2.3

To help our customers we also allow customers to set their own deposit limits for daily, weekly and monthly play with the minimum for each being capped at £10.

3.2.4

If you increase the deposit limit you will be required to accept the new limit after 24 hours. If you lower your deposit limit however, it will be decreased immediately.

3.2.5

For each transaction there is a minimum £10 deposit

3.3 Withdrawals

3.3.1

All withdrawals will be made to your active payment method. There is a maximum card withdrawal of £10,000 per week. Any withdrawals greater than this amount will be sent out via cheque to your registered address. Withdrawals made with a card will be made within 3-5 business days and payments may be refused if we believe that you are not the account holder and/or you are unauthorised to use the active payment method, in such instances you will have to provide valid evidence as detailed in section 2.3.

3.3.2

All withdrawals under a threshold of £10 are subject to an administration fee of £3

4 Winnings

4.1

All winnings will be paid as cash prizes.

4.2

We reserve the right to use your basic personal details (profile picture and name) in any and all publications regarding winnings including jackpots without compensation.

5 Fair and Safe Play

In the interest of fairness if we decide to waive the outcome of a rule to your benefit, it will not affect any future rulings regarding you or your account

5.1.1

By creating an account you agree to our terms and conditions and you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by our server and will be used to determine any rulings regarding malfunctions

5.1.2

A “Malfunction” is defined as either a technical error or a financial error. A technical error is caused by a problem in the software or hardware used by us to provide the service. A financial error is where either a pricing or prize calculation leads to incorrect values being displayed and used.

5.1.3

Where a malfunction occurs we will remedy the problem as soon as is practicable and treat you and other users in a reasonable manner which may include refunding your stake.

5.1.4

In the case of an Error during a game all deposits will be refunded and the game will be considered null and void. However if the malfunction occurred after a game has ended, then any winnings paid whilst the malfunction is investigated should be treated as pending. Any such monies will be deemed to be held in trust by you and repaid to us if our investigations deem there was a malfunction. In this event we may automatically reclaim those funds from your balance.

5.1.5

If the customer loses connection to the game they are encouraged to reconnect as soon as possible. The game will continue as normal with any winnings being deposited into their account.

5.2.1

To help customers who wish to restrict, or even stop, playing we offer a self-exclusion facility where your account will be suspended for a period of between 6 months and 5 years. This arrangement can be made permanent, so that we will never re-open your account or allow your payment method to be used for any reason. Any balance left in your wallet after self-exclusion will be refunded in line with our terms and conditions

5.2.2

We also offer a restriction for shorter periods of time where your account will be suspended for a period of between 24 hours and 5 months.

5.3

As well as self-exclusion we also include the option to limit the amount you stake for each game. The limit ranges can be applied to bingo and/or casino and you will be subject to a 24 hour cooling off period should you decide to remove or increase the stake limit. Lower limits are applied immediately.

6 Account Closure and Termination

6.1

You have the right to close your account at any time with any balance left on the account being returned to you in line with our terms and conditions. We will respond to the closure request within a reasonable time, but until the request has been processed you are wholly responsible for any activity on your account.

6.2

6.2.1

In the event of a breach of these terms we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and any balance will be returned unless we have suspicion or evidence of a potential manipulation of our financial system or games including:

Manipulation of software including but not limited to automatic game playing, tampering, hacking, and manipulation of data and use of insider knowledge.

6.2.2

Termination of your account will also occur once an account has become dormant meaning it has not been used with any of our services for a period of 24 months, we will contact you 1 month before termination and any balance left in the account from termination will be refunded in line with our terms and conditions, however if the refund fails your balance will be reset to 0.

6.2.3

We reserve the right to confiscate all, or part of your account balance and suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a customer has participated in any of the following activities:

If we receive a return notification from a deposit method used on your account

If you have permitted the use of your account to a third party

Having more than one account at Leisure Electronics

Using our services from an area where we do not accept business

Use misleading or incorrect information when registering your account

Depositing from an account you are unauthorised to use

Colluding, money laundering or any other criminal activity

Your details may then be passed onto any regulatory bodies, authorities or third parties.

6.3

An administration fee of £3 is applied to account closures and will be deducted from any withdrawals if your account is in balance.

8 Complaints

Leisure Electronics will do its utmost to ensure your experience with us is at a high standard. You will receive an email acknowledgement of the complaint within 4 working hours and a response within 3 working days. If you are still not satisfied, then you can ask for your complaint to be escalated to our Customer Service Manager.

If you are still not satisfied then you can escalate the matter to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) to investigate. IBAS can be contacted by phone on 020 7347 5883 or via their web site at www.ibas-uk.com. The dispute must be made to IBAS within 6 months of the date of the original dispute.

9 Governing Law

9.1

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.

10 Suspicious Activity

10.1

If Leisure Electronics become aware of possible suspicious activity or financial crime on your account we reserve the right to repossess the amount of that transaction and any transaction made by you. We are under no obligation to provide you with a reasoning if we do and only after the activity is cleared of suspicion will repossessed funds be returned

10.2

In the event that you are suspected of participating in any form of collusion, money laundering or fraud, we reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities with details of your identity and you agree to fully cooperate in the investigation of such matters

11 Jurisdiction

11.1

Leisure Electronics operate only within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and the use of our software outside of Scotland, England or Wales is not permitted, this may be changed in the future without notice

It is your responsibility to follow the laws concerning gaming in the country of which you are located.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse all use of the websites if we suspect you are using the account from outside of the United Kingdom.

12 Our Liability

12.1.1

Leisure Electronics take no responsibility for any consequences that may occur through your use or misuse of our websites.

12.1.2

Our websites are presented “as is” in according with UK law there are no extra terms, conditions or warranties on the website which -apart from these terms and conditions laid out-might have effect in relation to the website.

12.1.3

Our full liability to you regarding your use of the websites is limited to the total amount in your account and the return of the stake of any disputed stake. This will not limit Leisure Electronics liability to pay the customer winnings subject to these terms and conditions.

12.1.4

Notwithstanding other terms in this document Leisure Electronics will not be liable for damages due to the following:

Loss of income;

Loss of profits;

Loss of data;

Loss of goodwill;

Loss of use of money;

12.1.5

You acknowledge that we will hold information with respect to your personal details and you agree that we have no liability for any loss of winnings that occurs due to any inaccurate or false information you have provided.

12.1.6

We do not accept liability for any damages which may occur by the use or misuse of customer’s credit card details on the internet

12.2

Nothing in these terms and conditions will exempt us from liability which we may have in respect of fraud, or injury due to negligence.

13Copyright

13.1

Unless explicitly stated Leisure Electronics are the owners of all intellectual property right regarding content on our website and copyright ownership goes to us and unauthorised use of any copyrighted material is strictly forbidden

13.2

It is prohibited to gather any data from the website using any type of manual or automated collection software.
